Whomever was answering the phone on 1/20/2020 was extremely rude. I simply called to ask for some advice. According to the records where I work, we had them as the company that installed our HVAC system, I was repeatedly told that I was wrong about that. All I have to go on is our records, so some assistance and maybe point me in the right direction instead of patronizing me would have been appreciated.
