My family and I always go to Mack cycle for their honest, dependable, knowledgeable advice and help with everything related to the bicycle. Roberio is an extremely dedicated professional who has come in before the store opens to show me basic aspects of how my new bicycle works. He is always eager to help and does not try to sell anything unnecessary. Juan Sanchez is also very special. He is a triathlete and is very knowledgeable about equipment and the GPS watches. We wouldn't trust any other shop in Miami.
