I don t usually write recommendations but I felt I had to let everyone know about this company.

I m usually skeptical when it comes to law firms but I decided to take my slip and fall case to Howie, Sacks and Henry on a recommendation from another law firm I called since they were unable to reperesent me due to a conflict of interest. I really didn t know about HSH After all, they had no flashy TV commercials or newspaper ads but since another reputable firm recommended them, I decided to meet them for a consultation.

I met with Mr. Michael Henry for the consultation and was pleasantly surprised. His demeanor quickly placed me at ease and comfortable. He did not rush me as I explained my situation and he carefully laid out what the next steps were if I did take his firm on to represent me. He even spent time answering my many, many questions. He gave me time to consider what he said and followed up with me a few days later. I decided to hire him and his team. The case took years, as Mr. Henry said it would, but throughout the years, he and/or members of his team always kept in contact every few months. They were always kind and professional and very accommodating whenever I requested to speak to Mr. Henry directly.

The case never went to trial and when it came time to settle, his team were on the ball! We spoke daily, at times for hours, for roughly 3 weeks (evenings and weekends) to hash out details and I was able to get a settlement much more than we expected. Once all the details were hashed out, his team made sure to explain every detail to me from what I needed to do, the paperwork that would follow, and when I d receive the settlement funds. I was kept in the loop on all communications and never once felt that I was not in capable hands.

I was incredibly impressed by the dedication and professionalism that the staff (Michael, Vanessa, Leslie, and Eman) showed to me and my case. I hope I never have the need for another personal injury lawyer but if I do, I will not hesitate for a minute to call HSH and I refer them to any and everyone I know looking for a good experienced firm.

There are a lot of firms that try to impress you with commercials etc. but if you have a case and are on the fence or just looking for legal representation, set up a consultation. The only thing you have to lose is your case, so why not give them a call and take a little time to meet with them. You won t be sorry.
