Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The staff is really fake/rude. The hotel was dirty, food in the corridor, coffe in the elevator, and etc. When I told them about it they just said they would take care of it and the guy didn't even look at me. No apologies, no comments, he didn't even ask which elevator.

I asked for room service, the lady was extremely rude on the phone, when the food came in, the person seemed like she was in a funeral.

The charges on my credit card looked weird so I called them to get details, the lady said "Sir, we charged the hotel room and the hold." I said I found weird cause usually the hold is charged separately and I would like to know how much is it. After telling each charge she said "Is that detailed enough for you sir?". I've never seen that, it was ridiculous. I would never stay here again.

Finally, if you're like me and need the room cold to sleep well, don't ever come here in the winter, fall or spring. Their temperature system is on heat only during this season, so you can not turn on cold air during the winter. And the bedroom temperature was set to 26C. It was freaking hot, even after turning off heating.
