Our Order was missing items on Mother s Day. My mother called and then they put her on hold and hung up on her no less than 4 times. I had to call and get surly with the staff to get anyone to speak with us.

Once I spoke with the manager he was incredibly rude! Then refused us a refund. We ve been going to crustacean for over 15 years but the past 5 years their service has seriously declined.

It is a pity that crustacean s service is not what it once was. Hope they get some better staff soon!

Additionally, our desserts had hairs in them, which is GROSS!!!
