This is insanely sad. Accompanied someone to the er. Got blood drawn and 2 tests in the 1st 45 min. Have been waiting almost 4.5 hours for results.

I asked, they have been reviewed. At least 6 paople in front of us and they have called 2 people in the last 45 min. I hope it's not serious because by that math we might be waiting another 4.5 hours for results.

The staff have been friendly, and i know there is nothing the people im dealing with can do. That is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. But this is straight up neglence.

They kicked a man out who had been waiting for his ride for 5 hours. Seems a little insane because we probably are going to be waiting at least that long.
