I've been thinking about buying a new Toyota for over a year now. My first trip to Lithia Toyota, Patrick Zills patiently showed me several cars and had a trade in estimate worked up for me. I didn't buy a car. He stayed in touch, but never tried to "push" me into buying a car. Recently, i went back, asked for Patrick and was happy to get the VIP treatment once again. I was very indecisive and he was patient. Took me a few days but I finally decided to buy a 2020 Corolla. I love my car and recommend Patrick Zills, he is great to work with
