The dimplex crew was knowledgeable about what healthcare rated chiller would be needed for the MRI being worked on. I received the proposal very fast.

The start-up crew could have some more faith in the filed reps. I told the rep during our last install of the issues we were having with glycol not reaching the heat exchanger and it was most likely a float switch issue. It took about 4 days of relentless hounding to actually have the local San Antonio Rep with Mechanical Services to visit the site to confirm it was a bad float switch. All was well in the end but not just any contractor is installing these machines...should not be assumed they don't know what they are inquiring about unlike the rest of the GC World. The delay on the float switch caused a large portion of helium to drain off the MRI which then caused an additional week long of calibration before the room was ready to be turned over to the hospital.
