I only have one complaint.They wont put holds on dogs. I went in and found a perfect fit for me and my dog at home. Stayed with him until closing and came in the next day. Someone else got there right before me and took him home. After I was already approved and made a little bond with the dog. A change in policy should be made he . Other than that they take really good care of the animals and I was glad to see people trying to make a difference
