I have to say I was really impressed with this dea...

I have to say I was really impressed with this dealership. Matias and Carlos were very easy to work with. To start off Matias actually listened to us instead of trying to hurry up and stuff us in a car for a test drive. I did a ton of research and new a lot about the Prius C before even stepping into the dealership. There were a couple of cars my wife was interested in. We drove two (Prius C and iQ) and then Matias went down the list of things we said were important when we initially met. I was impressed, as he actually listened.

Next off the deal was taking longer than anticipated. Partially because the dealership was busy and partially because I was attempting to trade two cars in for one. My wife and I hit our limit and had to leave for the evening. They politely gave us back our keys and gave their business cards. We conversed via email that night in regards to the appointment for the next day. Upon my return on Sunday afternoon we sat down for maybe 10 minutes and the deal was complete. No back and forth and back and forth. I gave my numbers and they accepted. Toyota was running a promotion for 0% for 60 months. Never did they even attempt for us to consider other options. They knew the biggest savings was the 0% and I felt they were looking out for us. They apologized for the lengthy meeting the day before and took that into consideration for the deal. My wife and I were in and out of there with her new car and we are very pleased!!

One of the best car buying experiences I have had, I will be buying contacting Lake City Toyota first when I am in the market for another car.
