I don't think I've ever been to, what shall we say...

I don't think I've ever been to, what shall we say, a moderately upscale place and be "down sold" but that's what happened to me and I'm very grateful.

My first attempt was to order the T Bone steak but my waiter pointed out that "it's massive" and he doubted I could finish it. Instead he suggested the steak salad (my go to no carb alternative) and it proved to be a perfect selection for me.

My one downgrade is their whole bar experience. It seemed way too small and counter space was at an absolute premium. I also found it almost impossible to get my drink order taken and had just as hard a time for my "second round" order.

Not 100% sure, with all the options around the area, that I would return anytime soon but I really did enjoy my interactions with my waiter and all of the support staff
