We found a vehicle we liked online at this store and it was a great price. We called and were told it was available but they do not hold vehicles at all so we said we would come in the morning. Ryan said great and it shouldn't take longer than 45 minutes to an hour. On our way he told us the shop had stayed late to get it clean. When we showed up however, it was not cleaned yet. We were there for more than 2 hours. They went to full it up and put air in the tires. When we took it for a test drive, we noticed it had low coolant. I would have thought that would have been addressed already. We asked about it only having one key and were told we would have to get another one made. We also asked about remote start and again told we would have to get one installed. These are things I know could easily be built into the deal but it was not. On the long drive home from the dealership the car started alerting me that the key fob had left the vehicle but it had not. Once I made it to work, I could not restart the vehicle. Ryan said it must be the keyfob battery and he would mail a new one. It has not come and he has not returned any texts or phone calls. So, was the car a good price...yes. Was the customer service worth the deal??? No, not so much.

UPDATE: nothing came of the manager asking us to call. Within 2 weeks of driving this car, the check engine light came on and we found out there is a leak in a tire. Again, great price for the vehicle Was it worth it for all this hassle? No. I would have returned it if I could.
