I called in and it took 30 minutes to get through. The guy I talked to was a jerk and hung up on me because I said I didn t like how he was talking to me and asked to speak with someone else. On a positive note I called and waited another 30 minutes to get through but the gentleman who helped me was wonderful and got me all the support I needed. He then sent me to management to have the first guy reported
