I ve been working with Nordc has a lifeguard for about 5 years now. Nordc Aquatics staff is completely terrible and their system is very corrupt. The aquatics directors are not on the same page with each other when explaining the rules to other guards. Each one have different rules and they come making up their own rules, that don t follow Red Cross guidelines. Paperwork are not handled in a proper away, they tend to lose peoples paperwork in the main office. Aquatics staff don t present themselves as being professional, they come in talk to their guards any type of way like their slow or stupid. Something needs to change.
