Ordered a 14-inch pizza and was told it would be about 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, and multiple other customers coming and leaving, the food was still not done. It ended up being an hour till I got my food, which ended up being only half decent but way overpriced. Left feeling upset and unsatisfied, I would have much rather have gone to Domino's, as the quality and price is better there.
