I given a short wait time it went over 1 hr, yet ...

I given a short wait time it went over 1 hr, yet there people who had their tables before me after I checked in. Then I was given a server who also does not know know the menu and forgot what I ordered. The overall food was not too bad but this server sounded demanding about paying a service charge. Thanks but no thanks.
