Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a rental management company. Staff is abrasive and lack even the basic knowledge to do their job. Issues constantly go unaddressed and simple requests for information require multiple calls to get resolved. Absolutely unfriendly when it comes to working with military families and their particular requirements. If you come down on orders short notice, expect to be paying rent anyways for periods of time when you are not occupying the residence. This soulless, money-grubbing, slum-lord, robber baron of a company will wring every last penny it can from you, regardless of how much effort you put into doing right by them. It is my fondest hope that this despicable organization goes out of business as soon as possible.
