Excellent distributor in relation to prices and face-to-face service. I would like to suggest improvements in telephone service in the morning, since from 08:00 to 09:00 it is quite complicated.
Example: Today, June 3, 2020, I am trying to contact you from 8:00 am, that is, 23 minutes without success. Some other days I spent 45 minutes trying to contact unsuccessfully. I believe that if there is a reallocation of staff to an earlier time it helps. Thanks for listening.
