This is my second review ever and it is thoroughly earned. I purchased a CPO A4 about 3 months ago and Oscar B made the transaction very very smooth. I looked at a different car in January and my experience was similar (without the purchase part) so I know this wasn't a fluke.

My car had a cosmetic issue that may not normally have been covered by the CPO warranty but Oscar and Jorge S (in service) took care of it. They kept me updated on progress and I had a loaner car in the meantime.

I have two Audi dealers closer to my house and work but I will be driving down to Mission Viejo for any further service.
