Very disappointed with the experience here yesterd...

Very disappointed with the experience here yesterday. I booked my Golf in for an engine tune a month ago and was assured that I would get a courtesy car as I live two hours from the city and had a lot to do. However, when I got there I was told that there was no courtesy car available and they'd been having this problem for a week even though they usually have 15-20 available. I clearly explained why I needed a car when I made the original booking; could someone not have called me to let me know ahead of time that there was a problem? The lady was nice enough, but that didn't help any, so I ended up having to leave with the Golf not having been worked on. What a waste of time.
