I just want to thank the people at Southgate Volkswagen. I was met by Kris Zielinski one of their sales specialist and what a great experience. We told Kris we were just looking at cars with no intention of buying at the time, Kris said no problem. He listened to what we were interested in seeing and just like that he pulled up the car for my wife to look at. He allowed us to take a test drive with no salesman which gave us the opportunity to have the all important private conversation about buying a car. Kris showed us some Volkswagen vehicle options, and we did finally buy the vehicle that I'd been looking for. Kris did everything to make this buying experience one of the best that we've had in many years of buying cars.We thank Kris and the management team helping us.
