The biggest problem with this hotel is getting connected to any of the staff. Prior to coming, I had to call 5 different numbers, was put on hold for a significant amount of time just to change my reservation. Once I got here, the staff has been great - but I had to wait at the front desk for 10min for someone to show up and then from the hotel room the concierge desk never picks up! Once you do get in touch with them, they have been great but communication has been difficult.
