The customer service level our family received from the team at America's Home Place Galveston has been exceptional. We have been in our home a little over a year, Tracy, Lowell, And DeAnne has been great. They have responded to our concerns even when it was a question better suited for a representative in an orange vest from a large retail store. We can not say thank you enough!

The process to build a custom home took a little over 10 years for our family from start to finish. We decided to work with America's Home Place after about 8 years of delays for various reasons and we have no complaints. There were some employee turnover as other reviewers have mentioned but Tracy and Deanna were extremely professional, our home stayed on track through the transition, and I'm sure Lowell's arrival was welcomed by everyone including me. Tracy has an admirable work ethic that has surprised me more than a couple of times. There is no way our home would have turned out as beautifully as it did without AHP! Thank you all.
