This company is filled with probably the largest colony of inbred idiots I have ever dealt with.

I get text messages from them stating that they "Attempted Delivery" twice. But in that text doesn't state the reason why they couldn't deliver.

It was until I called their horrible unintelligible customer service rep said there wasn't a buzzer code provided.

I'm sorry, is it actually that hard to search on a building directory the persons name? Is this new technology that we have been presented?

YOU LITERALLY HAVE ONE JOB.

They proceeded to tell me said that my package is available for pick up. They told me their location and its in Brampton... Who even has the time to go all the way to the airport (unless you live there).

They then said I can schedule a "special delivery". This in itself is a joke, the time slot is anywhere between 11am-9pm.
