To whom it may concern,

This review is in regards to a phone consult with your nurse attorney Mary Malone I had today and unfortuantly not very pleased with her extreme rudeness and yelling into the phone on any answer I gave to her questions from the time I said hello.I am not sure if she was just having an extremely bad day or that being how she talks to people normally but either way not a good experience what so ever..
In fact being a firm that deals with elder abuse the nurse on staff should know in fact that an elderly man or woman being abused in a facility.. will in fact not tell anyone within the facility about the abuse going on in fear of the abuser getting angry with them (retailiation) and waiting until that victim leaves the facility will they then say what had happened during the time there which in fact ,was the case with my father.
Unfortuantly ,Mary Malone does not agree with that answer I gave her as to why my father did not tell anyone until he left the facility .I was told that my answer to that question made entirely no sense and when I went on to explain she then over talked me and said she cannot take the case..
I am completely ar peace with her final words to me as there are other attorneys that deal with elder care and abuse...just my 2 cents
