This company is terrible. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They let my policy lapse because they said they did not have paperwork that I sent them and would not renew without it. After they finally acknowledged that they had it all along, they then sent me a new bill that went up by thousands sending me in a scramble to find new insurance. I would never use this company again.
