Sub-par customer service. Had an issue with a used car 3 weeks after purchase. My sales person acknowledged the issue and agreed to look after the problem, "If we need to cut a cheque, we will" are the exact words. Months went on and I heard nothing from service or sales about approval for the repair. Sales person stopped responding. Sales manager was involved and then he never returned calls either. I pursued this because my sales person said he would look after it, when it came down to executing his word, it meant nothing. If you weren't going to cover the cost of the repair then please say that, rather than ignoring my emails, texts and calls. I was just looking for a Yes or No even though it was understood to me that it was going to be covered. Oakridge Ford doesn't care about honesty or following up with customer inquiries.

The sale was in my wife s name. Silver 2016 Edge in April. Sold by Norman James. Brandon Marino and Mark Stewart were involved after the sale. Brandon responded and was helpful but Norm and Mark did not answer texts, phone calls or emails. Goes to show that they are only interested in the sale and not keeping customers.
