I called them at 12:30 and told them I needed a package delivered to the suburbs before 4 PM (from downtown). I called at 2 PM because it hadn't been picked up. I just called for the status and they said it will be delivered before 6:30. My client closes at 5 PM. There was no sense of care or urgency on their end, and they offered to knock $10 off of my $75 bill. I just called them again and they said the best they could do is 5:30. Again, my client's doors lock at 5 PM. Don't use them if you have a deadline.
