Went for a SCHEDULED appointment getting an oil change and rotation. I waited 2+ hours. I've had this done in 30 to 45 min before. Scheduling an appt made no difference in wait time, whatsoever. I had young kids with me too which made it even worse. They were very friendly which was their only saving grace.
