The customer service here could hardly be more lousy. I seriously discourage any stay here, unless it's absolutely necessary. The manager was non-responsive. Eventually, I spoke with someone from their Corporate Office. I canceled my personal accounts and our corporate accounts with Hilton. Their level of professional conduct is an embarrassment.

Very much and highly NOT recommended.
