This is, by far, the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. They won't cover ANYTHING without a fight. All the previous Healthcare plans my company provided were fine--I never even had to think about them. With these scumbags, I'm having to fight with them (sit on hold for an hour per call, fill out ridiculous forms, etc.) every time I have any sort of medical expense. They're garbage.
