Charged me toll fees for a vehicle I sold moths ago . I called customer service and was told I would have to drive to the Plano office to speak with the manager. I drove to the Plano office and talked to the African female manager who refused to refund the fees even though I had documents proving the car was sold. WHY MAKE ME DRIVE TO THE OFFICE JUST TO BE A !@*&^#%^!?!?!
