I loved the idea that they worked fully online, and it's been amazing that things didn't get held up by many phone calls. But... I really think they should extend that online service to e-signatures. This would speed things up even more - it added a 7 day delay for me.

There were several times where they'd disregarded previous information - I'm still not happy that despite them being told it was a shared ownership property from the outset, they waited until near completion to increase the costs.

Overall a relatively painless process, with a huge amount of pain for one week where they caused lots of additional stress for me.
