COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I arrived 5 mins early for...

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I arrived 5 mins early for my 5:15 appt and they took me straight me to the waiting room. I had my young toddler with me and figured they wouldn't leave me waiting too long knowing this.
The receptionist came into the room at 5:40 and apologized for the wait. I said that my dog needed to pee and she was more than happy to let me take him out as they still were not ready. I went back into the room and waited another 15 mins, by this time my child was screaming and I don't blame her after that wait in that crappy room. We stormed out and as I told the receptionist we were leaving as we had a 5:15 appt and it was now 6, she was like, Oh OK. Really? Terrible staff. No professionalism.
