There is nothing that i didn't like. Just one thing - as I was checking out, i asked for a complimentary bottled water (finished the ones in my room), however was told by the agent (believe shes one of the supervisors/managers) that they didnt have any and asked me to go to the lobby lounge (which wud be a diff cost). I experienced differently from Marriott, where the front desk agent happily handed me one free of charge. Hope Shangri-La could do the same and add an extra mile.

Nonetheless, my experience with Ms. Ishma from front desk was SUPERB. I requested for a corner room and a late check out - which she graciously followed. Amazing. Not only that, she was so easy to talk to and had a sincere smile, unlike other agents who'd just forced themselves to do their job. Ishma is the ideal front desk agent!
