While no-one seemed to direct their attention to me as I drove into the service bay, and it took at least two dry runs before anyone of the technicians seemed to actually stick their attention to me, Jonny focused well and quickly. He needed the car for three days, one more than I had time for, but he then got me a loaner, that I could use until I could come back.
Apparently the rails for the sunroof was jamming up. but it all got fixed.
The one thing that kept me from responding quickly was that as I used the sunroof, while it before service would not open, now it would not close while underway. After trying a couple of times, I have now figured out that I need to open the other windows to, while underway, allow the sunroof to properly close. This will be mentioned on a text I will send to Jonny. I can live with this, at least for now, but need to get it fixed by next time I come in.
