I was the maid of honor for a wedding here this summer. I know the couple had concerns with the venue prior to the wedding day that had to be smoothed out. At the dress rehearsal the coordinator we were assigned (Sheila) was curt and spoke over the pastor, she was abrasive when the bride wanted things done differently than was her view. On the day of, the coordinator was good during the ceremony, once the reception started, she gifted the bridal party tequila shots, and made sure to tell the bride (and bridal party) they were compensating her due to concerns that had been brought up prior to the wedding day and made a point of telling us they were bending the rules for the photographer, after which she said she was doing so in hopes we would give them a good review. The night staff that we dealt with on the other hand were amazing and attentive. The food at dinner was average, the risotto was extremely salty and most guests couldn't stomach it and the food here is not inexpensive, the late night snack was below average (sliders) but the appetizers were very good. The overall experience was good and the venue was beautiful but the specifics added unneeded stress to the bride and groom.
