I spoke with corae about an accident I was in where I was at fault, being that I was in a hurricane Michael not too long ago to the person I hit and miss Corae was able to set up payments for a very reasonable amount that I would still be able to live with in order to get this person paid off. She was a very respectful customer service agent who had my current situation in mind when she set up the payments. She was very sweet and respectful and she was very understanding of my situation and I really appreciate her being so considerant and helping me to try to get out from under my debt. Thank you Corae
