I don't know why there are so many negative reviews ... maybe I was just lucky or the girls took into account and changed something in their work with clients. They communicated with me on Instagram, responded very promptly and politely, discussed all the details of the bouquet, prices and delivery time, there was no "wrong" attitude. The bouquet was made beautiful! And I and the birthday girl were satisfied. There are no complaints. This is not our first appeal here, everything was always good. Very convenient free delivery, especially when there is no time to get to the other end of the city for an order. I wish you good luck and further development! Thanks for the beautiful bouquet!
