I have been dealing with my realtor who has been d...

I have been dealing with my realtor who has been dealing with Jesus Valentin for 3 weeks. Mr Valentin stayed asking price and I submitted an offer with that same amount. He has still not submitted a counter offer or any explanation that he made a mistake and hung up on me. He has failed to respond and has not even listed house on mls even though it he house has had a sign for sale for the 3 weeks. I do not know his motive but clearly not acting on good faith.
