BEWEAR- HOTEL HAD SOME "UPGRADES"!!!

We had stayed in this hotel many times before and we liked it a lot. Unfortunatly, renovation had happen. What a disaster!? 1. Air con is barely working and is turning on and off periodically. It was HOT in our room day or night while Madrid was at +35C! 2. Furniture in the room is cheap and not comfortable, useless. Please see the photo of the small table...i wonder for what?....my grandmother's dolls? 3. New showers are complex to turn on and off. 4. Not sure about the breakfast, but many people were standing and waiting to be seated. 5. Expansive bar. 6. Plastic floors. u can hear people below and above you clomping in the high heels. 7. Everything is looking cheap and not practical....and yes ...you can plug now your usb in the wall...yeah.....SAD

Overall - this new design/update is a total failure! Both interior designer and the architect should be punished for the misuse of the resourses and the horrible outcome! We are not coming back to this hotel- it was ruined AS WELL AS OUR WEEKEND IN MADRID!
