Dealing with Chaney has been a complete nightmare....

Dealing with Chaney has been a complete nightmare. They were supposed to setup two servers for remote VPN access. Pretty straight forward. We have had three different technicians come to our site and spent probably 24 hours on this over the course of a month and a half. We have had a ton of downtime and somehow lost about the last 2 months of emails that they cannot recover even though they are supposed to be backing up all of our stuff. We have to call and email them multiple times in order to get any response at all. We have a $3000 bill and still do NOT have the VPN up and running on one of the servers.

I would NEVER recommend Chaney for anything.
