Let's face it, everyone is apprehensive about going to a car dealership. I was too, but I had looked online until I was overwhelmed with all the information. I went to Bill Penney Toyota just to look, but Robert Pears made me feel so comfortable in showing me all the choices they had for what I was looking for, I decided to actually take my time and look. He didn't rush out and ask me how much I wanted to spend, but rather, what I was looking for. That in itself made me take 2nd notice. Then he proceeded to show me all of the available models I was looking for. They have a VERY wide variety, believe me.
