After moving into my new apartment, there were a few small maintenance related things that needed to be attended to -- including a microwave that was not functioning well. I reached out my property manager, Katie, and explained the problems we noticed. About one hour later, maintenance was at our apartment fixing the microwave. By Tuesday, all other maintenance requests were attended to.

Katie, specifically, is super responsive via email and phone which makes getting things fixed a breeze. (Thank you!) The maintenance staff are also super friendly, efficient, and thorough.
