I will never ever buy anything from this company e...

I will never ever buy anything from this company ever!!!! we placed an order online and they told us that UPS never picked it up. so they had canceled the order and reorder the shoes we wanted. well they were on back order and they canceled the order and issue a refund, that was going to take 5-7 business days before we got it. well after a few weeks I called back and they advised me that the refund did not go through and had to resubmit it. and tat will take another 5-7 days. Two 9 days later I called and I was advised that the refund did not go through again. UGGGGG!!!. so we are still waiting on our money and its been over a month now. This review is making me give a star but I did not want to give them anything...........
