I cannot provide any information on the service and the like.
My only concern is the inner workings of this branch. For weeks, despite the outside temperature of 14-17 degrees, heating has continued like in winter! It's so hot there that you sweat like in a sauna. With the best will in the world, I can't imagine how the employees there can endure and tolerate it. I've been there twice - that was outside of normal business hours. The first time I canceled a transfer that I wanted to do manually on the device, because it is simply unbearable in there. Yesterday I was forced to do it and it's an absolute cheek. The common discussions about climate protection and environmental awareness have probably passed the management by completely - so be it. It's about the fact that as a customer you can't stay there for two minutes.
I don't see it as my job to report such obvious (!) Circumstances, that's why the 1 * star - this branch has truly earned it.
