"Lily",the representative that contacted me about my application was extremely rude an unprofessional. She told me that I would never be able to get a new car with the current $3,000 negative equity. I knew this to be inaccurate because I had done so before with way more negative equity. She even went as far as laughing at me when I told her that I would try somewhere else. I am happy to report that as I expected, I was able to get approved for a new car and I didn't even have to put much money down. Lily is very unprofessional and should not be interfacing with potential clients if she doesn't know how to conduct herself. I will never recommend driverselect to anyone I know and I am so glad I didn't do business with this company. You can thank Lily for this negative experience and review.
