Bad experience waiting for my keys over a month to be shipped to my house ! My wife been contacting the dealership on daily bases , and the salesman Steven keeps giving us the run around , he lied that he shipped it out weeks ago ! And my wife keeps calling him every week ! he even had the nerve to tell us to drive 3 hours to pick up the spare key , !! They should ve gave us the day we purchased the vehicle ! I really need my spare key ! The original key is giving me problems! Can the manger please give me a call ! ASAP , so upset they keep lying to us and saying they shipped it out and don t ! Then say they are busy , then he hangs up on her !
