I love the selection of this shop and for the most part my experiences with them have been ok. I purchased an awesome Lagoon Blue Brompton. My girlfriend on the other hand has been flat out told that they didn t want to bother helping her schedule a service appointment for the Tern Link that she purchased from them. The reason that I am still giving three stars is because I feel that if they worked on possibly retraining there employees to be more customer forward I would be here more, and probably spend more. I do hope they are able to figure it out as I love the selection and the couple of good apples at the store still.
