My sister was in desperate need of a new bike and Rachel came in for the rescue! She was super informative and provided us with fast and efficient service. She also thought of all the little things that every beginning cyclist needs to start on their future adventures. We contacted Mack Cycle and provided Rachel with all the info for size and my sister personal preferences. The bike was delivered in the afternoon, just in time to go on a quick ride around the neighborhood. The service was awesome and totally recommend this bike shop to everyone!
